CAREER MAGIC SERVICES: Top

1. Needs Assessment:
Categorized questions to help determine what is going well, what isn't going well, and where the gap is in the desired performance.

2. Resume Writing:
Marianne will sit with you one-on-one to help display your strengths from each work history assignment. Choose a style and format, which consists of 20 copies with envelopes and address labels.

3. Job Search Resources:
Has it been awhile since your last interview? Be aware of the illegal questions to watch out for, questions the interviewer might ask, questions you can ask the interviewer, and a variety of letters to say Thank You / Follow-up, Resignation, and Offer of Rejection. Marianne J. Haschmann
Marianne Haschmann received an Associate of Science in Police Science from the Community College of the Finger Lakes and went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Pre Law with a minor in Sociology from the State University of New York at Brockport. She then went on to receive her Master of Science in Career and Human Resource Development from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT).

Marianne has been asked to be a guest speaker at local high schools where she lectures on Resume Writing, Job Interviewing Skills, and operating a Women Owned Business.

Corporate Experience
Marianne started her professional career in 1976 at Eastman Kodak Company in Rochester, New York. Through her seventeen years at Kodak, she worked in various departments such as Camera Assembly, Plant Security, Material Procurement as an Assistant Buyer, Parts Product Cost Analyst in Accounting for the Create-a-Print Machine, and Training as an Educational Consultant and Instructional Designer.

Inspired Entrepreneur
After leaving Eastman Kodak Company in 1994, Marianne established Career Magic, which was incorporated in 1999. The company offers needs assessment, consulting, resume writing, job search resources, technical writing, instructional design, project coordinator, and career assessment through her associations with other business professionals.
